Silver Reed LK150 Knitting Machine

- Allows to weave all kinds of materials; wools, acrylics, synthetics, cottons,...etc. and their blends (in its metric number range). With equivalence range in hand knitting from 3 to 6.

- Number of needles. This model of knitting machine has 150 metallic needles, articulated (tongue), high resistance, with "roll-on" system in needle heel.

- Types of stitches. The Silver LK150 knitting machine can knit plain stitch, interlock (by slips in position "C"), slipped, slipped in colors, retained-colored, plated-silver plated, etc. (see examples in the product photo gallery, above). Please note that for the realization of stitches with needle selection (all except the plain stitch), you will have to select the needles by means of some tools (included) in each knitting pass, so you will need 8-10 seconds to form 70-80 stitches (if it were plain stitch, only 3-4 seconds). - Needle selection. Manual, with driving tools...

- Needle bed. In very resistant plastic type "ABS", chassis in three blocks. Two-point needle clamping (rear rack and foam bar in front position).

- Carriage. This knitting machine model has the selection channels by means of lateral cams. Control of the needles in position "D" (partial fabrics) by means of "Russel" levers.

- Tools, complete with all original factory tools (needle selectors 0-1/1 and 2/3, stitch feeders 1x2, 1x3 and 2x3, double gauge overlock needle, weights and mounting combs, separating cords, spare needles and knitting needles, stitch gauge scale to determine needles and picks in 10cm square of fabric, needle bed side extensions and oil bottle).
