RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree (Spain Decree) 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and in relation to the regulation on contracts with consumers and users entered into outside commercial establishments (Chapter 11, Articles 68 to 79), the Owner of this Website informs customers of their right of withdrawal (return), which they may exercise within 14 calendar days of receiving their orders.
Exercising this right will not entail any costs for consumers and users, including shipping costs, if applicable, provided that the rejection of the order is attributable to an error on the part of the website. If this is not the reason, the return request process may continue, but the initial and final shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1,303 and 1,308 of the Spanish Civil Code regarding "reciprocal refunds", please note that customers are entitled to a full refund of the net amount paid to Tecram, Artesanía textil, SL, and the latter is entitled to receive the returned material in perfect condition, without any impairment to its valuation, and with its original packaging.
The same conditions will apply to sales to other countries.
Once the return of the order has been requested and it is in the possession of Tecram Artesanía Textil, you will have 2 working days to inform the customer of the status of the returned material. If the goods are in good condition, the full amount will be refunded to the customer by bank transfer within a maximum of 2 working days for bank accounts with a Spanish IBAN and a maximum of 4 working days for bank accounts with a non-Spanish IBAN within the European Union. The holder of the bank account to which the amount will be paid must be the same as the customer listed on the invoice.
If Tecram Artesanía Textil observes that the returned material is not in perfect condition, it will notify the customers and try to reach an agreement on the most favourable terms for the customers, and within the same time limits as in the previous condition.
