SHIPPING COSTS.

Please note that actual shipping costs cannot be determined until the customer is registered. Errors may occur if the order is generated from a guest “cart” or if a VPN “mask” is used.

Only when the shipping details are completed will they match.

Unfortunately, we do not have carriers offering competitive prices for certain islands in several European countries, so they will not be covered by the service.

The following table shows the shipping costs based on the purchase amount before taxes and the geographical areas of shipment, for all countries in the European Union except Spain and Portugal (specified later in this document).

Zone A: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland. Transit times 3-6 business days.

Zone B: France, Italy. Transit times 3-5 working days.

Zone C: Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Czech Republic. Transit times 4-8 working days.

Zone D: Denmark. Transit times 4-7 working days.

Zone E: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Ireland. Transit times 4-9 working days.

Zone F: Finland, Sweden. Transit time 4-9 working days.

Zone G: 

In the case of Spain and Portugal, there are four zones:

Zone 1: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Shipments to these zones have an additional cost corresponding to the issuance of “DUAS” (single customs documents) for both departure and arrival. The first has a cost of €18 and the second €15 for shipments under €350. The service covered in this table is sea freight, with transit times of 10-12 business days. If you need a quote for air shipments, please request one by contacting us via email.  This area is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21% on product costs. €

Zone 2: Mainland Spain and Portugal, except the city of Madrid. Transit time 2-3 business days.

Zone 3: Balearic Islands. Transit time depending on Major or Minor Islands 3-6 business days.

Zone 4: Madrid.
