PRODUCT WARRANTY
MACHINES.
The machines and accessories sold by Tecram, Artesanía Textil SL, are covered by the full warranty and period provided for in current regulations, without limitation (2 years). This warranty, technical service and maintenance are available by checking the serial number and stamping of internal parts.
All knitting machines require the long-term replacement of wear parts such as brushes, retaining bars, etc., as well as the adjustment of clearances. Our customers will receive a 10% discount on parts and labour for 10 years from the date of purchase.
Our technical service has qualified personnel and all the necessary spare parts to carry out any maintenance work required during the ‘useful life’ of the machines, up to the SK-360 model, which ceased production in 1985, with the exception of the pattern units of models prior to 1998, which are not marketed by this company. Please also note that some parts for models prior to 1995 (cart handles, casings, etc.) can be supplied, but in a different colour from the original.
We have the largest spare parts warehouse in southern Europe, with 1,274 different items in permanent stock, including factory tooling for perfect calibration of the needle channels.
YARNS.
We monitor and control the manufacturing process of the yarns we sell. From the choice of fibres and their blends, spinning, twisting, dyeing, doubling, finishing, waxing, etc., in accordance with European regulations;

EEC Ecological requirements.
This system allows us to carry out all the necessary quality controls to guarantee the qualities under their respective standards (colour fastness, dimensional stability, etc.) and that they do not present any defects.
The ‘batches’ (dyeing units) for each of the colours and qualities are produced with the aim of meeting the demand for each ‘season’, which we achieve in 90% of the references. In any case, we guarantee that the same dyeing is always used for each order. Each season, the colours are updated, adding and removing some references depending on demand.
